Wasnt that the problem with United? They wanted to get rid of 4 "Clients" so 4 "Employees" could have their seats.

I wanna say there's a difference between a customer taking a shitty day out on a minimum wage employee and getting them fired and a company that you pay for a specific purpose denying what you paid for after purchase
