It was gritty, violent, and not happy-clappy stuff at all. Hugh Jackman is utterly incredible as Logan as well, born to play that role

I always thought he wasn't stout enough, but the acting is more than good enough to make up for that.

Logan is amazing, i'm not gonna spoil it for people under 17 (For some countries in North America, Central and South America) but you need to watch it, just an amazing film.
