I feel like "there you go" was too soft on that person. I'd write "asshole parking" or something.

its not an asshole parking cause he isn't taking up more than one space, his/her car is simply parked to far to the left and there is no parking space to the left.

I believe the area next to it is still a parking spot. It just doesn't have a car there and the angle is misleading. There is a car on the other side of that little island and it would just make sense based on the pattern of the parking lot. Could be wrong though, and they still clearly didn't put much effort into parking.

I feel like the person who made the chalk lines is the asshole. If they carried the chalk for TEN months and had only this ONE opportunity to use it, maybe it's not a rampant problem that needs to be handled passive aggressively like a big man trying to shame someone without even showing his face. Maybe...just maybe, if this person has only encountered this ONCE in TEN months, the person who parked outside of their lines had some sort of circumstances that made it necessary for that moment.
