Plus he's nicer if you're nicer to him. Like if he gives legitimate criticism and you respond by yelling and throwing a fit of course he's gonna get pissed and yell.

It's also just a show thing. It's his job to pressure the people who are cooking to see how well thier meal comes out. Or something to that effect.

Hes quite pleasant on master chef junior. Theyre good at critiquing the kids without being mean about it.

If you watch him do the children "Hell's Kitchen" shows he is visibly a much nicer person. If you watch him in any shows in which it is not based on him being paid to yell, he is a light-hearted person.
