In my opinion the colour-based games and people asking "what colour is this hehehe" are still kinda annoying though

Same, though I also can't see the difference between light green and yellow, green and orange, dark green and brown and red, pink and grey. I think that's all

Pretty much just when colours mix into each other. I can see them if they are separated.

Colour based games tend to cater to colourblind people, at least the good ones do. DOOM from last year uses bright colours for everything from ledges to grab, good things to grab, and bad things to avoid. And they made settings for all of the different types of colourblindness. Peggle also has a colourblind mode.
