I'm curious as to how people accidentally overdose on most medication. I understand things like Fentanyl where even the tiniest slip up means a coma at best but sleeping pills? Don't you have to take several doses within a really short timespan to have a chance at permanent damage?

She also had a heart/artery condition which ultimately caused her death.

She may have built up a high tolerance, then took one too many. It most likely depressed her breathing to a point so shalow that she passed away.
