Basically- you shouldn't use gay as an insult because there's nothing wrong with being gay. The older brother used it as an insult and then had to tell his gay uncle, felt terrible because he probably loves his uncle, cried, the uncle is laughing because the kid was crying and has been taught a lesson.
So, like, did he know what "gay" actually meant or did the uncle tell him or something?
