Funnily enough, now that I think about it, I doubt it's Nintendo of America's call. I'm fairly certain that distinction goes to their home office, Nintendo of Japan.

Well I could careless if they sold it. Nintendo already saved Bayonetta from Sega and honestly if you ask me I feel Metroid has run it's course.
