On the topic of the last one, you can report children and elderly people missing anytime however unless you suspect foul play (abduction or violence) medical emergency/injury or lost, a competent adult can usually only be reported if missing for 12+ hours, however in any case you can begin a police report anytime however they are not obligated to act upon it right away.

Where I live there is absolutely no amount of time you are required to wait before reporting someone missing. If you have a concern about someone then just call. If it is an adult that doesn't meet the criteria to be entered as a missing person then the officer will tell you.

While not 100% true 100% of the time these are all generally the "safest" bets and I'm glad you posted this! As a fun "trivia fact" you CAN pull a grenade pin with your teeth (sort of,) most modern grenades have a safety requiring the pin be twisted, and the pins are metal and give good resistance (so they don't just snag something etc.) But- some grenades (esp. OLD ones) would be easier which is possibly part of where this idea came from. Also, on modern grenades (provided you overcome the safety) you maybe could pull the pin, like how some people can open bottles with their teeth. Still not good for your teeth, but like pulling the slide of an M92 with the side of your hand on the rear sight, if you needed to do this you probably have bigger worries than how much it's going to be unpleasant, although I imagine pulling the grenade pin with your teeth would hurt a lot more!

Actually many padlocks can be broken with two wrenches, a bullet is no stretch of the imagination. Also the two gun thing doesn't make it look any less cool
