Now sit to eat food like any other day. But for every 2 bites you take the pet receives 1 bite. Once you get where you dont feel hungry after doing this get another pet.
And for every 3 bites each pet gets a bite. Till you dont feel hungry after eating.
Continue this till up to 4 or 5 pets or till at weight you want to be at.
And continue exercising and don't forget that walking dogs is a great way to get in your walking.
