Where else could it be

I was driving home the other day, it was hot and sunny. I'm in the freeway and I see a guy driving along, holding his door open (presumably because his window doesn't roll down.) Not sure if that was less dangerous because at least he had a door, or more dangerous because he was driving with his door open and protruding into another lane in rush hour traffic. Either way- the stuff you see on the road sometimes...
