well, from a view of a businessmen, it's absolutely okay to fire someone base on you finding them unsuitable for the job (for reasons)
like they find someone with a more common height in the model/ fashion industry would do better (like 5'10 something)
not to mention, clothes fat fit her are likely have to be custom made (size M is too short and size XL is too big)
you see, they dont want to make the models look good in their clothes, they want their clothes to look good, outstanding on that model
