Baking powder.
First unplug the microwave than throw baking powder on the fire it will smother the flame. If you run out you can also use salt.
If possible try grabbing oven mitts and taking the microwave outside away from the house and anything that will catch fire. While it is still on fire. But only if the fire is small. If it is to big get out of the house.
.
If you do put the fire out take the machine outside.

@poopun any water on a electrical device is a bad idea. It is best to do as I stated or if the fire is small enough you might be able to stamp out the fire with a DRY towel. But there is a higher risk you will just make the flame larger.
And make sure the first thing you do is unplug the machine.
ALWAYS UNPLUG THE ELECTRICAL DEVICE FIRST!
