In an actual fight? Thor by a landslide. He's a good bit stronger and WW is not immune to being electrocuted by God Thunder. Skill wise, I'd say about the same, maybe WW has it but not by enough to really matter.
I'm not so sure about that.
She's the daughter of Zeus and was trained in warfare by Ares and Althena in addition to being granted a litany of powers by the Olympians. Batman has called her the best melee fighter in the world.
As long as they were properly introduced, I don't see them wanting to fight each other, but I'm sure they would both enjoy a sporting tousle.
It wouldn't be a quick fight either. I see the two of them wearing each other out over several hours while Bruce and Tony wait patiently at the sidelines.
After they both collapse in exhaustion, Bruce checks his watch and asks, "are you two done yet?"
"We've got shit to do, either get a room, or knock it off already," Tony tells them. While the gathered Justice League and Avengers look on in mild horror at the mass of destruction the two have wrought.
It's ok, the clean up guys will take care of it. You know, the clean up guys from the marvel comics

WW is weak to piercing weapons. Her weakness is literally bullets and swords and shit, which is probably why she got so good at blocking them. Thor can move 20 planets with one arm while it took Superman, WW, and Martian Manhunter to move Earth.
...And help me find out who would win in a fight
