This headline is sensationalizing this with fear more than is warranted. Richard climbed out on his own and walked away. The car burst into flames AFTER he got out.
Not really scare tactics on this one. That's journalism though, you want people to read your articles so you have to make the headlines interesting or captivating
It depends on two things, the temperature the fire burned at and the composition of the rubber in the tires. Seeing as how that car is a high performance vehicle, one would assume the tire's performance rating would of course match.
Now, I don't this for an engineering fact, but I think that high performance tires would have a much higher temperature resistance, given the strain they are subject to.
Probably U R right they withstand the higher temperature ,but flames like this cause heat nearly about 1000°c

Nah, he's alright. The Grand Tour released a video of him from the hospital, he's just got to have something done to his knee. At least he got out better than he did last time.
