Yes and no. Kids like bitching, but nothing good has come of hearing that on a plane, unless they are thanking Allah for the landing, in which case everyone is getting off.
So, one statement is used to display hatred and discontentment. The other is used to praise God almighty and... we are comparing them ?
Is there even a comparison?
Yes, it is a statement that is seen as a threat of violence but only if a specific group says it.
(I am not saying that's a good thing, but there is definitely a comparison)
No, there really isn't a comparison. The number of white kids who have killed because they hate their school is negligible compared to the number of Muslims who have killed, or are willing to kill in the name of Allah.
You're comparing total deaths attributed to religious extremists. The comparison in context to the argument wouldnt work in your example. You could compare school shooting fatalities to air line hijacking fatalities by Islamic extremists, but you can't really compare killings by a race (white) to a religion (Muslim) as there's would be overlap. Likewise comparing murders by Muslims to non Muslims would be somewhat innacurate. So in reality there is no comparison because you can't really compare mass murder except to say any mass murder is terrible.
It's as if.... violent crime, xenophobia, and murder aren't monopolized by a single group. What an odd concept. Like, maybe not all people of a group
Should be considered dangerous?
I wonder if there's a lesson here people could learn, or if they are just going to see this as a "burn"?
