Nope. Somehow some girls facebook page got attatched to my cell number. Everytime someone posted on her page, I got it in a text. After a few days of choice words on my part cuz I had no clue what was happening, her uncle called me and said they were shutting her facebook page down. No clue how it was possible.

She could have been attaching her own number, and didn’t realize she typed the wrong one. Your numbers are probably one or two digits off.

@morebacon that isn't actually answering his question.

I'm pretty sure it is impossible because when you get your number it's attached to your sim card so when they know that number is in use they kind of take it out of the system so they can't give it to anyone else. I'm not certain but I've never heard of this happening without it being a mistake

Don't you need to verify the number with a code to attach it?

I think so? I've had my number for so long I can't remember the process

I was just giving him my scenario b/c it was weider than 2 phones having the same number. Hell when I worked for Ford I went to the lot to get a focus, pressed the key fab, and it opened and started not just the focus, but a $60,000 F-250. Numbers get mixed up somtimes.

@barneystinson I know I'm a year late, but some old woman used to have the same number as my best friend. I had it saved in my contacts, so I couldn't have dialed it wrong. Sometimes this old woman picked up and sometimes my friend.
