Actually, this is his actual Facebook! He's living the meme and made that Facebook account with the intent of the meme being there, his personal life being on Arató András, however followers ignored that (83k followers on his personal one, 28k on his meme page). If you look at his Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/aratoa) and scroll down you can see him saying this himself (See post on May 22).
