She takes a non-sexual character and oversexualizes it to the most disgusting extent. You can even see that on the twitter profile pic. She oversexualized Roadhog. Fucking Roadhog. I don't even play Overwatch but I know what the characters look like and this is just ridiculous. I can't stand her either. I've also heard that she doesn't even make her own cosplays but I've yet to confirm this so don't take my word for it, but honestly I wouldn't be surprised. And yes she's a huge attention seeker. Also she's so cocky and overconfident it makes me cringe. Gurl, you're not even that hot, all your "beauty" is paid for, the tits, the fuckloads of makeup, the hair dyes…
Thousands of casplayers do the same thing..
It's a thing in display that people should be allowed to do what they want. Their own versions of characters.
I have seen videos of her making her costumes herself, and she is talented, and sweet.
I don't se the hate.
Oh, I am not unprincipled. I hate those thousands too.
Cosplay is a combination of the words "costume" and "play" – aka you're supposed to understand and portray the character's personality too, apart from their looks. If all she does is make a vague titty representation of a character, then she's just wearing a costume, not really cosplaying.
As far as the rumors are concerned, this is what I found:
She has a team of people working on her costumes https://encyclopediadramatica.rs/File:Jessica_Nigri_Sailor_Mars.jpg https://encyclopediadramatica.rs/File:Jessica_Nigri_Death_Knight_4.jpg https://encyclopediadramatica.rs/File:Jessica_Nigri_Death_Knight_Twitter_FWB.png
So the making costumes video might have been a PR stunt to dissolve the rumors. She even wanted the first picture taken down because it exposed her. There was also some scandal with her not crediting the photographer who shot her pictures.
She's super fake but hey anything for attention, right?
I'm sensing some jealousy here.... leave her alone she's probably a nice girl. Too bad she has all of you downing her all the time no wonder ppl have to question her reputation. Shame on all of you. If she did this and weighed 200lbs you'd try to pat her on the back and call her "brave". Take a deep breath, back up and just enjoy the cosplay. LET PPL ENJOY THINGS.

Nah I wouldn't pat her if she was fat, a trans or whatever the fuck. I don't like her, period.
Let people don't enjoy things
Well, the whole thing is a supply demandthing..
Look at all the fab accurate costumes she have used.
I find the same people who criticise are the same people who download "Lingery-texturepacks" for Skyrim
.
@guest Question her reputation? You know I just showed you PROOF of her shitty reputation. That's not questioning out of jealousy, that's just showing the truth.
@yukihaki Exactly.
@quekewatto Maybe some do but it's definitely not my case. I'm just against sexualization in general. Not because of any "boo hoo sexism" reason, but in principle, because it takes away from the art of it. And I'm talking about cosplay, games, movies… I just don't like the shitty business practice of "Well, we could put a lot of effort into this project, make it interesting and witty and well made… BUT putting a bunch of half naked people in it will get us the same amount of money sooooo…" You know what I mean? It's a cheap and easy way to get attention and ca$h without putting any effort into your thing, which is what I dislike about it, or any other cheap attention seeking move for that matter.

But I don't want to end on a bitter note. Hopefully these two will make you laugh a bit.
