How they get that cup thing to be a cup shape it looks like rice. And it took me to damn long to realize that was chicken lol it looks like a deranged fruit lol and what the hell is that smear in the plate lol they need either a smaller plate or a plate with dividers cause it looks like they dont like food to touch.

The cup thing is either a roll cooked in a muffin pan or, if it's rice like you suspect, it's sticky style rice that's been pressed into that shape.

That looks like chicken with grilled peaches on it- good, but not better than sex by any means.

Presentation needs work... and if that little smear is all the sauce you're giving me for that rice I'd be so disappointed
