Rules for every cat

We have rules for our cats. Not getting on the table or counter is one of them and they know it. In the off chance they do and we catch them, you can see right away they know they're doing something they're not supposed to, then they run. You just have to start training them when they're kittens and it'll fall into place.

I have one cat who won't even leave the guest room (now her room I guess).. unless it's for bathroom/eating. Her previous owners traumatized her. The other cat, my grandma's doesn't want to come in from the outside unless it's for the bathroom/eating. The good thing about the later though is even if you let her outside, she only wants to be outside because it's warm.... so she just sits on a chair outside and sleeps.
