Perspective matters in life

I'm thankful for my books, because they make me smile when I'm sitting in a room full of people and feeling lonely...

I am thankful for the internet and the phone I use it with. I can keep nearly the entirety of the sum of human knowledge and a connection to those humans I share the planet with, right in my pocket.

I might be "alone," but I'm not Alone.

Screw taxes!! I cant even get a thank you for feeding the poor. But I get a picture of some kid in Africa for donating
a dollar.

I am thankful for when it's raining because if I'm not thankful, it still will rain. This applies to all things.
