Actually they vomit on their "hands" and than spread it all over thier body and use it to clean themselves. So next time you touch a fly remember you just touched something coated in vomit.

They live a fuck ton longer then 3 days. I caught a fly about 20 days ago and put in a jar. The fucker is still alive
