She is most likly bisexual. Bisexuals have to deal with this problem alot. If they are female and has a gf they get asked so are you a lesbian now? And when they are dating a male they get told see you just had to find the right guy. I knew you were not a lesbian.
I like how Anna Paquin who played Sookie from Trueblood said it. https://i.pinimg.com/originals/8a/d1/8c/8ad18cf3b2c679728a6b3415dd8ae6d0.jpg
Exactly. Now that I'm married, people want to act like I was just going through a phase. *sigh* So I guess all single people are asexual, then.

Yessssss! Thank You! When I've mentioned that I've had girlfriends before people always seemed shocked because I've been with my husband for 10 years and they're like "I thought you were straight!" It's like "no! I had a life before him ya know! Believe it or not you can like both sexes and still get married to the opposite." I went out with them because I loved them for WHO they are, not their dangly bits or lack of thereof.
I like the way Shoe0nhead expressed it: being bi just means you like guys and chicks, but it doesn't mean you can't be monogamous. A bisexual person doesn't equal the village slut, fucking everyone left and right. You can be bi and be in a relationship with a dude, but that won't turn you straight. You can be bi and be in a relationship with a chick, but that won't turn you into a lesbian.
I really don't get how this can be a difficult concept to understand for some people.
Take Deadpool for example, he is generally considered either pansexual or omnisexual but is also monogamous so he only sates one person at a time. Better than I can say for Sanji (couldn't get a girl to save his life so he fawbs over any girl he finds pretty). Yohohoho!
Same with Dragon Age's Iron Bull, he's pansexual but monogamous. Being bi or pansexual doesn't mean you sleep with more people, just that you have a larger group to choose from
