As someone who's grandmother recently died to lung cancer I would urge you to stop. Obviously I can't make you but hey.

The nicotine isn't good for you but moving away from actual smoking is a great step over all.

yeah, It would be easier if I had gotten a slightly stronger mix, I still need a few stogies a day right now but I've cut down A LOT.
