i'm 200 lbs, a lot of muscle with just enough fat to keep me warm if I'm ever in the wild >_>d. I didn't know this, but apparently I can leg press more than a lot of college football players (550 lbs, but only because that was as much weight as possible on the leg press). I can also do a little less on toe raises, but I still can't touch rim on a basketball court lol. I think it's because I have small feet.
I'm 15 though and play lots of sports, so when I'm older I'll probably be over 200 pounds and still be at a healthy weight though. So that's why I'm 155 pounds.
