More to the point, I have never seen a not-fat person use those.

Ive seen old people use them, and I was in one for a month when I broke my foot in three places. I was under 150 lbs. I was not fat.

Homies and I used to go to Wal-Mart at like 2-3AM and drunkenly race them around. We always made sure to buy quite a few things as to not be total jackasses (usually a video game, a bunch of food for a BBQ and I'd usually get a lego set.) The next day we'd BBQ and play video games all day. Usually during mid-summer when no football or basketball on and no school.
