maaaan for $250 I better be getting some es cargo with perfectly aged sourdough bread, some steak tartar, a poached garlic-crusted lobster, a perfect aged filet mignon that damn near melts in your mouth and an 9 inch idaho fully loaded baked potato that could feed a family of 3 by itself and then a happy ending.

How do you age filet mignon? It's meat you don't age meat. EDIT: I stand corrected.

Either way can't you get that effect with the meat without actually aging it?

if I'm paying $250 what the fuck do you think I expect? It done properly or them trying to emulate it in the cheapest possible way? GTFO.
