Now I love Fred Rogers and absolutely believe he should have a statue, but what is this made of burnt marshmallows did we run out of pewter?

This statue looks like someone was lit on fire, turned to charcoal and was left smiling as a charcoal corpse. Not what I'd want as a decoration in my city.
