Well I mean yeah, even the first amendment has exceptions. And sites are allowed to make rules and if you agree ( which you do when you sign up) you're saying you won't break them, so if you do they can delete said offense or your account.

All humans are free to say whatever they want, the first amendment doesn't guarantee that, it only acknowledges rights afforded to everyone simply by existing. However you are not free of the consequences of your words. One just has to decide what hill they want to die on.
Can we be free to saying dangerous (in social meaning) information? Any government will prevent it. Cause words of one panical fool is not worth lives. It's lesser evil.
