Why do people eat crickets and scorpions but squirm at the thoug of cockroaches ¿ I mean I know you associate them with filth and rotting food but they also live outside in the grass in trees etc

And it's not like they dig through the lawn and kitchen for them. They probably raise them so they can be sure they're not passing on anything to humans and can ensure clean bugs.
