You have to wait for a hurricane or peaceful protest.

Make a superior store with better prices and products, then buy them out.
That's how you do it.

You'll need to enslave, rape and/or kill some of the shop clerks to make it really authentic. Bartolome de las Casas told the slightly less popular story...
Yep, for sure, but you should make sure not to interrupt the rape, enslavement, and killing that the shop clerks were already doing to themselves before you got there.

Don't believe me - believe the man of the church. "Bartolome de las Casas, a young priest who participated in the conquest of Cuba and wrote a history of the Indies, describes the treatment of the natives: “Endless testimonies ... prove the mild and pacific temperament of the natives. ... But our work was to exasperate, ravage, kill, mangle and destroy; small wonder, then, if they tried to kill one of us now and then.... The admiral, it is true, was blind as those who came after him, and he was so anxious to please the King that he committed irreparable crimes against the Indians ...“ Las Casas describes how Spaniards rode on the backs of natives. How the Spaniards "thought nothing of knifing Indians by tens and twenties and of cutting slices off them to test the sharpness of their blades." Las Casas adds "two of these so-called Christians met two Indian boys one day, each carrying a parrot; they took the parrots and for fun beheaded the boys.""
He got to what is now known as the Bahamas and later Hispaniola, present-day Haiti and the Dominican Republic. He killed the people there amd raped some too.
We know, he just didn't come to the present day U.S. He didn't introduce any new technology, show any paths to Asia, or bring any religion. He took their gold, raped a few, killed them, and got the hell out of dodge.
That's how you do it.
