I'm in the U.S. now, the mexican store down the road sells them... But yes, they are illegal. People would look the other way though, but I don't know about shipping.

You can just get some off Amazon. Still, y'all can walk down the street with semi-autos, but you can handle chocolate with a toy in the middle.
