with the bag one (last one to the right), anyone can just cut off the strap of the bag and run away with it...

That's a lot more obvious and time consuming than just snatching a loose bag. Thieves look for the quick and easy steal.

For the pizza, you can also heat in a covered pan over medium/medium-low heat on the stove for about 5 minutes to get a nice crisp crust.

Seriously??? Springs can be 'opened' like key rings and slipped in one ring at a time. Just slip in 2 or 3 rings, then keep twisting inwards
