I still have mad respect for those guys and gals though. They beat the shit out of their bodies 3 or 4 times a week all year.

It's scripted,but some of the jumps/stunts are real, which is still impressive

I respect the stunts and acting just as I respect movie actors and gymnists for their skill. But I don't respect them as martial artists.
