Mom divorced dad because he was a cheater, now dating a new guy. The new guy is the father of Kenna (the commenter) who apparently did know about the relationship implying that he is still married to Kennas mother. Do ops mom is dating a guy who is cheating on his wife.

Looks like he is just a friend or perhaps the guide and maybe she ask him to pose with her so it looks like she's doing great! Which she may be doing great w/o an actual partner. They don't look too "cuddly"
