Sort of.
Here's the thing, Apple seeds don't contain cyanide. They contain amygdalin, a chemical precursor that is metabolized into cyanide when digested.
Also, you must keep in mind the LD50 dose. That means, Lethal Dose for 50% of the population. Essentially, this much of the toxin has a 50/50 chamce of being fatal. It's one of the many benchmarks for quantifying toxicity.
Two more considerations to keep in mind is that cyanide is readily broken down in the body making it difficult to poison yourself or someone else in this fashion.
AND the seeds aren't exactly easily digestible either. As they pass through digestion, they might only release a fraction of amygdalin from their surface.
TL;DR,
Sort of, yes... but not really. Not worth being worried about.
I always eat the seeds when eating apples. When you eat it from bottom to top, there is no core. Also if you take apple seeds and remove the brown outer shell, they sort of taste like beans or soft nuts.
Damn, have I been unconsciously trying to murder myself!?

TDTM calculates the quantity as ~16 apples worth of seeds.
