At one place I worked people would make that joke all the time and my supervisor told me it wasn't free when that happened, but apparently I'm just supposed to know that ALL OF A SUDDEN ONE DAY OUT OF THE BLUE IF IT RINGS UP WRONG ITS FREE AND I GET WRITTEN UP BECAUSE THE CUSTOMER COMPLAINED ABOUT ME
