Yes, we know. We put Freedom of Speech as the first thing our new government couldn't take away from us after we tired of England's rule.

Of course the flip side is Freedom of speech includes the right to insult and offend with our words. It may not be "polite" but there is no law saying you have to be either.

But there is no real legal recourse to be taken, unless you are spreading lies about a person. THE TRUTH DOESN'T CARE ABOUT YOUR FEELINGS!!!
