Wasn't this all nice and happy because that's how Jesse, James, and Meowth imagined how Giovanni spent his free time?

Giovanni in the games is so intimidating (especially his sprite in RBGY)... But in the anime he's never once seemed dangerous.

Towards the end of the first season he gets pretty intimidating, also in Pokemon Origins

When I say the anime I mean the main one, Origins and Generations did it right.
But in the main anime... He's sooo ridiculous... Seriously, what's that orange pimp suit?

Also, the fact that he continues to send Jessie and James to do missions. Even though they have never succeeded once.
