Legally the gun is still semi-automatic though, so unless the laws are going to be changed soon, then the bump stock is still a legal attachment similar to a trigger crank.
Yep. It's still semi. I don't want one because I don't hunt anything that I need to squeeze off that many rounds over. I do like my semi .22 for squirrels and rabbits though. But I don't need to put that much effort into dinner.
Most people wouldn’t need or even want one, but I’m just saying that they don’t qualify to be illegal. There’s set guidelines for legal and illegal (obviously) and the groups in charge of debating legal or illegal decided that the bump stock itself is legal.
