Yeah, but assuming were only talking about the passengers of the bus the part thats painted is something like 87.5% of the passengers.

Yeah but what percent of high schoolers end up in prison? Honestly, this comparison doesn't work too well, given the huge difference in numbers. The percentages work, but it seems more like its made to fool people into thinking that most highschool dropouts go to prison, when really all it's saying is that there are more of them in prison than others. without actual numbers, it's difficult to tell how many that actually is.
