Wrong symbol, it should be the Rod of Asclepius not the staff of Hermes, Asclepius was the god of medicine Hermes the god of messengers and more.

But Hermes is sort of fitting as well. The god of tricksters and thieves, but he also looked after travelers.

I guess, but its more fitting for a hospital to have a medecine symbol than a travelers symbol.

They know they use the wrong symbol its a mistake happened long time ago but people used to Caduceus staff already so it kind of stayed plus it looks cooler with wings doesn’t it?
