This is gonna be an unpopular opinion, but I don't care anymore, why is it everyone I know doesn't want to have kids? I can understamd people not having the funds or maybe not being confident as a parent, but raising a family is probably, in my eyes at least, one of the greatest things you can achieve in life

And yes Doc. Raising a family is the greatest thing one can do. With his personal life and himself
Well, I don't want have kids because :
1) I don't really want to experience pregnancy (peeing issues, stretch marks, the delivery and all the problems that can happen...). There is truly NOTHING appealing in a pregnant woman in my eyes.
2) I have a nice job that allows me to travel all around the world and I could not do it with kids.
3) 7 billions of inhabitants on earth : that's too many people. If I decided to raise kids, I would adopt them.
4) ALL my friends who've got kids always complain about them...
5) I don't think "raising a family is the greatest thing one can do". I respect your opinion, but I think there are greatest things to do for humankind : I think the people who help to fight diseases or global warming are greater than the one who just decided to have kids...

Well as you have an opinion. So do I. I respect your opinion too.
And I am pretty sure that adopting kids is and also raising a family. And I said in his personal life. Not socially or professionally. I think you didn't read the comment thoroughly.
I kinda don't want kids :/ I dunno, it just kinda didn't interest me recently because I don't want to go through all the labor stuff. I've wanted to foster kids that are like 12+ or like foster dogs and work from home.

Well I totally understand the thing of not going through that Labour thing. But pregnancy is one of most beautiful stage of a woman's life. Sure it is painful and hard and everything but the joy which comes after giving birth to a little soul is no less than ecstasy. Then again I am a guy. Maybe I am wrong.
Becoming a parent just leaves less time for you, because you're spending more time and effort on the BEST part of you. And most are literally no makeup (that extra effort) and obviously time passes in each pic. Everyone looks different as they age. And when you start having kids you get tired lol.
So I want to have kids one day (2 max) and my friend says she will never want to have kids. And for her, I think its good. She doesn’t like kids, labor is hell, and raising kids is expensive and stressful (even more stressful while holding a job). It works for her to not want kids and I totally get why. My thing is that I absolutely love children. I love the idea of raising a child and helping them explore the world. The only thing that would deter me from this is finances and the idea of going through labor. Every woman is different and it is ok whether she wants to have children or not. She is no less or more of a woman because of her choice.
