Drug tests

Personally I do like the idea of knowing there is a smaller chance my co workers are on drugs in the workplace.

At what cost? Everybody's private life? As an employee, you're obligated to do your job without taking drugs or drinking. That's common decency. If it would affect my work, you bet my boss is going to call someone.
