Ask more questions than you answer, you have 2 ears and one mouth; use them in that ratio. Be unapologetically yourself, it’s easier to like someone who is genuine; plus if you act like who you think the other person might like, then you’re trapped into acting like someone else for the duration of your relationship (until you get lazy, become yourself again and they leave you because “you’ve changed”). Coffee is a good first date, if they are still around after an hour, change up the scenery, suggest a walk.

brush your teeth, smell good, dress good, don't talk about negative shit, talk about fun things like music, hobbies, food, orgasms, movies, etc.

Going to assume you're a dude, so coming from a chick... Be yourself. I know it's cliche, but it's the bitter truth. If she doesn't like it, it certainly isn't someone you want to spend your time with. No need to be a big spender either. Like someone else said, coffee is a great first date. It's a nice relaxed place to chat, or maybe do that after whatever your planned evening is. Dress nice (not the best of the best, but look good!) and spiffy! Hygene is key, make her laugh, like I said though, be yourself. If you aren't yourself, what's the point of trying to find the relationship?

Release yourself before the date, never go on a date with "a loaded gun".

I'd say don't be too upset if they don't like you.. And don't get over excited if they do like you.. Just play it cool

Dont talk about yourself too much. Listen to her but dont put her on a pedastal. Also try to talk about things you love to see if you have the same hobbies. Remember a date should always be fun for the both of you so try to enjoy it. If it turns out that you guys dont have alot in common then no big deal. Thats what datings about. You'lll find the right person. Just be yourself and be patient.

There is nothing more atractive than someone talking about his or her passion. Even when you don't share that passion. So ask her about hers, tell her about yours.. if she really has one she won't stop talking..
