Except it does in a lot of courts of law lol
In the us at least
But think of it more like: A mentally disturbed billionaire martial artist with a suit of body armor and a strong sense of morality goes against a genius mentally ill terrorist serial killer (who is a good deal stronger than he looks)

In courts of law it doesn't, if you try to use it as an excuse they send you to a psychiatric hospital or wherever.

And not a normal one either. It's basically still a prison just now with more medical staff.

They just don't understand.
