I never said that I was good at this job. You're the boss; you shouldn't be hiring idiots like me. It seems like we're even tbh.

Sadly we are not allowed to give minimum competency tests to applicants anymore. The math test is a grey area. Past employers are only allied to confirm that you were an employee, not how effective you are. We also cannot fire somebody for stupidity without documentation of three major problems and signed write up sheets from the moron. Oh yea, I get in trouble for calling the morons stupid. Eg Me: ”You friggin moron, you just crashed that truck into the customer’s building!” My Boss: “I received a complaint from anon that you called him a moron, if you write him up for damaging that building I have to write you up too and send you for sensitivity training” Me:”Fuck the world”
