Agreed. It looks beautiful but I'm not sure about the taste. Cakes like this are usually covered in a disgusting amount of sugar paste (not sure about the name, in french it's pâte à sucre) and in the center there's just a regular basic butter-flour-egg cake that isn't bad but meh.
I prefer richer flavors.
That being said, kudos to the cake sculptor, they did an amazing job!

I never had any wedding cakes, so I don't know how they taste. But this one definitely looks amazing. I figured so would be the taste.

Cakes like this are 98% plastic or nasty fondont(however you spell it).

If I may. Just get a round sponge(base) with cream and fondue on it. Boom. You have a cake.

Just go to Costo and buy one of those huge cakes that doesn't cost much

I got my wedding cake at walmart, may sound kinda redneck but it was cheap, tasted wonderful, and despite being one of the more simple ones it actually looked really pretty.
