I hope that this restaurant is in their area and they're able to visit it more often :)

My sister is Deaf and we had a similar experience when our server knew a bit of sign language and she could order for herself for the first time. She cried from happiness when we got home and that's why efforts to include people are so important!

That's great. It's really unfortunate that printing in Braille is so expensive. Publisher, in the states, are required to offer Braille books at the same price as the regular book, but independent printings or self published are charged much more to create the same thing.

McDonalds has had braille menus for 30 years. As a former manager I know. Nobody ever asks for them but they are there.
